- On-site services are charged at a 1-hour minimum, and 1-hour increments.
- Remote support charges accrue at half-hour increments.
- Tier 1 and 2 response hours are Monday through Saturday, 9:00am to 5:00pm ET.
- Tier 3 charges accrue for any work performed after regular business hours.
